Coco's vacations
This morning in class I was toking with my classmate Coco about her activities in the vacation, and she was very busy, she had doing a lot off activities.
She went to Blue Mountain for two days with her family. She enjoyed a wonderful landscape. T
Their children were skiing, though she did because she was afraid.
In the second activity, she went to Niagara falls, was a special trip because she was shearing with a special friends.
Finally, for the third activity, Coco bought a group tickets for two families to Disney on ice, it was a amazing show specially for her children.
She enjoy all her vacations, but she now is very tired, just yesterday she stay at home.
Three modern disease
This is a short summary the three modern disease:
1. Cancer
Cancer is the first desease cause death worlwide, with an estimate 12 millons in 2030, the agreement to a recent study by Wold Health Organization.
2. Cardiovascular Disease
Cardiovascular Disease is the second biggest killer worldwide. Heart attacks a strokes make up the largest portion of cardiovascular disease deaths and they are largely preventable.
3. Diabetes
Recent studies show that diabetes is really caused by viral infections, but the diabetes was assumed to be genetic.

The amazing Black Creek Trip
Yesterday was my second time that I went to see this wonderful
place but was my first time in winter. I
really enjoy the trip because always I learn something new.
The weather and the landscape was amazing yesterday in Black
Creek .
The travel guide was very clear, she explain in detail the
more important village’s topics and was very friendly all the time.
Also was great share the lunch whit my wife, my teacher and
my classmates.
Especially surprised me the lifestyle of the people who
lived 150 years ago, definitely our live is absolutely easy now.
This morning I was watching the photos in the blog and my camera,
I enjoy see all the people was smiling, its mean than all the people enjoy the
trip.
To me everything was very well in the trip, noting dislike me
I really enjoy the trip.

Remembrance Day trip
Yesterday was an special dia because was a Remembrance Day celebration in Canada. I had an opportunity to go the North York Civic Centre, was an emotive an amazing celebration. The celebration began at 10:00 am with special speech in memory soldiers. After, the celebrations continue with a delivery of special flowers arrangements by the police, militaries, and firefighters. At 11:00 was a silence minute and sing the anthems. After that, differents groups play wonderful music for one hour.
Specially was surpris for my the respect the people in this special day.

Some ideas to remind people fought for our freedom
Here are some ideas to remind people fought for our freedom:
1. We need to stop just for one minute and try to remember what these people did for us.
2. Every year in Remembers day in different places of the country will doing many events to remember the soldiers, if the families going to the events is another idea for remember.
3. For just one minute we need to bless for the family's soldiers
4. Father and mother need to teach yours children the respect of the people fought for our freedom.
5. If we have the opportunity to bring some money to buy a poppy is a symbolic help to remember the soldiers.

5. I want to create courses and seminars to educate people on different topics

My first day to the LINC
It was around the 4 or 5 months ago, was exciting for me, it was the fisrt time in a LINC for me. I felt so happy for differents reasons:
The fisrt reason is because my first teacher was Waldy, I was lucky, she is an excellente teacher, I learned to mush.
Te secound reason is because just I speak spanish in the class, it is important for me because necessarily I need tolk English all the time.
Other reason is because I know new friends and I know new cultures.
